Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
You must have an active account on Owanbi.com.ng.
Affiliates must provide accurate and verifiable details during registration.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to promote Owanbi.com.ng honestly and ethically.
You must not use misleading claims, spam, or false advertising to attract referrals.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your affiliate account login details.

3. Affiliate Commissions

Commissions are earned when a referred user successfully registers and subscribes on Owanbi.com.ng through your referral link.
Commission rates will be clearly stated in your affiliate dashboard and may change with prior notice.
Commissions are tracked automatically through your unique referral link.

4. Payments

Payments are made monthly, provided you meet the minimum payout threshold (₦___).
Payouts are made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
Any fraudulent, cancelled, or refunded transactions will not qualify for commission.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

Use deceptive or misleading advertising.
Use spam emails, unsolicited messages, or fake accounts.
Engage in activities that may harm the reputation of Owanbi.com.ng.
Bid on branded keywords like “Owanbi.com.ng” in paid ads without permission.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Account Verification

Affiliates may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawals.
Providing false information will lead to termination.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
Any pending commissions that do not meet the payout threshold will be forfeited upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Owanbi.com.ng will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or technical failures that may affect your commissions.
Tracking is dependent on proper use of your referral link. Failure to use the correct link may result in lost commissions.

9. Modification of Terms

Owanbi.com.ng reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard notification.

10. Acceptance

By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
